The challenge, what we changed across marketing, sales, product and data, and what it did to the business.
LinkedIn and search were producing plenty of webinar sign-ups, but sales accepted fewer than one in ten. Marketing reported cost per lead; nobody tracked cost per qualified opportunity.
Revenue depended on Meta ads and marketplace sales campaigns. Return on ad spend looked acceptable on paper but contribution margin was thin and very few customers bought twice.
Launch campaigns generated large lead volumes, but many enquiries waited hours or days for a reply and sales could not tell serious buyers from casual browsers.
Traffic was healthy but many shoppers abandoned at the product page and checkout. The team debated changes for months without data to settle them.
Almost all new enquiries came from paid search, so acquisition cost rose every quarter with competition. The website ranked for very few buyer-intent topics.
The brand acquired subscribers efficiently but lost too many in the first three months, so growth required ever-higher ad budgets.
Client names are withheld under confidentiality agreements. Results reflect individual engagements over the periods shown; outcomes depend on market, budget, offer and execution, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

+S$2.1M qualified pipelineOur old agency reported clicks. Unitwise reported cost per signed customer, then fixed our CRM so sales called every lead back the same day.
